Murat Selim TOPAL completed his education with a full scholarship at Istanbul Commerce University in the Accounting and Auditing Undergraduate Programme. Since 2017, he has worked in the tax departments of various local and international audit firms. He took part in the audit activities of local and international companies and many companies from different sectors operating in the stock exchange.

In line with the experience he gained, he created new managerial reporting and analyses as a tax chief in a leading holding company in its main fields of activity, and took part in the creation of tax projections within the group. As of August 2023, he joined VerTax Consulting | Audit | Tax | CPA firm. At the same time, he is registered to ISMMMO Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants and takes an active role in some non-governmental organisations.
